Loved very attentive staff and reasonably spacious hotel.

This was a very good vacation, I didn't feel like leaving. I had updated, airy room complete with a `` walk in shower '' and king size bed, for example. The breakfast was large and hot with vegetarian meals and also Keto diet and the restaurant food was outstanding.

The family room was updated and beautifully maintained with 2 beds. There were storage space, a nice balcony, and a kettle in the room.

The breakfast buffet - fresh and plentiful. Comfy and large double beds. Cleanliness of the hotel. Variety and tastiness of buffet meals. Heated swimming pool. Friendly and hardworking staff. Plenty of swimming pools. location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with excellent room cleaning throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful swimming pool area. The location was perfect, directly facing the mountains and close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We also appreciated the proximity to a shopping mall and the convenience of a nearby bus stop for tour pick-ups. The breakfast provided plenty of options and was always delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our overall experience excellent.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location around the sink area is disappointing, with basic amenities and a dusty room. The pool area, although clean, lacks sufficient sun beds and only half of the pool receives sunlight. Furthermore, the kids pool is not always heated and the hotel's towel policy is inconsistent. The food is absolutely dreadful, forcing guests to eat out for most meals. There are no kid options for food or kids plates/cutlery. The drink options for all inclusive are limited and the wine is disgusting.

The evening entertainment is total rubbish.

The hotel had a variety of services, including a fabulous family pool and warm adult pools. The breakfast offered a wide range of options of good quality. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, very close to the main seafront and the evening entertainment. There was also a bus stop nearby for easy transportation to various tours and down to the beach.

Had a great weekend, there were two complementary drinks waiting for us upon arrival. The location was ideal for the beach and shops, which were only a short walk away. The room had a lovely view and was clean.

The walls were too thin and we could hear noises from neighbors. Additionally, there was no ironing board available in the room which was a little inconvenient.

From the moment I walked into the room, I was amazed by the breathtaking sea view from the 7th floor. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy throughout my stay. The highlight, however, was the beautiful pool area. With multiple pools to choose from, I never had trouble finding a sunbed. The animation team made sure there was never a dull moment, organizing fun activities like volleyball and a foam party. The food at the restaurant was varied and of good quality, and I appreciated the option to have certain dishes cooked to order. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic and memorable stay in Costa Adeje.

The pool levels varied, with adequate sunbeds available in November. The food offered a variety of options, with themed dinners every night to explore different cuisines. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The rooms, though in need of updated decor, were cleaned daily. We would consider returning to this establishment.
